The village shop (which used to incorporate the Post Office) is located in the heart of the village, just 100yrds up from the Castle Inn. It is run by Geoff, whose main line is the delivery and selling of newspapers and magazines. However, the shop also stocks a variety of other products, ranging from everyday food items (such as tinned fruit, rice, flour, etc) to confectionery (sweets, biscuits, cakes), household products and greeting cards. There is a frozen food cabinet and a fridge where milk, cream, eggs, and drinks can be purchased.
